Track Session

It gets fast every Wednesday: we meet on the Ostkampfbahn next to the RheinEnergie Stadium and let the tartan burn! Everyone can do their own individual program or join forces with their teammates.

Thursday

After Work Run

On Thursday evening, we end our working day together with a relaxed run of around 8 to 12 km in the city forest. There are different pace groups so that there is something for every running level.

Saturday

Tempo session

On Saturday morning, we set the grass in front of the Rhein-Energie-Stadion alight. We will run our speed programs together on the 1 km circuit. Here too, everyone is welcome, from beginners to professionals. Because, as we all know, it's much easier to toil together!

Long Run

Following the Kenyan example, we meet in a large group on Sunday morning in the city forest for a long run together. Here, too, there are many different pace groups so that no one has to run alone.

Athletics Session

Once a week, our prehab and rehab professional Jan offers a varied athletics workout. Different areas of the body such as the hips, feet and legs are specifically trained. Additional weights are not required.

The session takes place in the park in summer, weather permitting. The current dates and meeting points for athletics training will be announced in the Milers Athletic & Rehab WhatsApp group.

Other training

On the other days, we organize ourselves via our WhatsApp community. Further joint training sessions are arranged there according to the "offer-seek principle".
